Comma and Decimal points in KPI values

It would be visually appealing to have commas and decimal points on values in KPI's. The values are hard to read when they are in the hundreds of thousands or millions.

Add hover or tool tip for filter icons

With the new location filter added to KPI dashboard as well as the Type filter on the entity detail screen a few users had suggested it would be nice to know what the icons represented, the icons are not intuitive enough.
