Suggestion is if the tool recognized start dates before it started asking for updates. For example, Q1 Billing, it doesn’t make sense for us to do an update on an item that doesn’t start until November. It would make sense, let’s say, the program took the start date and then 30 days before, it starts showing up in the update list. So, right now, my update in February just says….not started until November. If I have to do this every month, I can see how this could be discouraging to the manager…esp if their plan has many tasks, like ours does.
