Manually changing a status to On Hold or Cancelled require a Progress Note to be entered
As a Plan Administrator, I need a progress note to be entered when a status of a Tactic/Action Item is changed to On Hold or Cancelled, so that there is a documented reason of the potential negative impact to the success of the strategic plan.
Make sure this is configurable by the plan administrator
global or per plan?
Allow for plan administrator to select which status changes they want to require a progress note
Show the note in history?
